Train with Jane Athletics
Train with Jane Athletics is a unique studio offering a variety of training modalities to help you achieve optimal fitness and health. We believe that individual client’s specific needs cannot be addressed by generic programming. We assess each clients’s needs through postural analysis, health history screening and in-person discussion and then design a program to help you reach your optimal health and wellness goals.
We offer a full complement of Pilates Programming utilizing the Reformer, Tower of Power, Stability Chair, Arc Barrel and Mat. In addition we offer functional strength and conditioning exercises through our Personal Training programs, Body Suspension Training with the TRX and AirFit systems, Resitance Stretching and OmGym Suspension Yoga.
All of our instructors are certified and have over 15 years of experience. You will not find a more qualified staff to help guide you to your fitness and personal goals! The studio atmosphere is warm, quiet, caring and personal.
