Online Coaching

Train with Jane Athletics provides professional coaching to athletes of all abilities, from recreational to world-class competitor.  We design programs for endurance athletes in the following sports:  Cycling (road, mountain and cyclocross); Running; Duathlon; Triathlon; Nordic Skiing.  In addition, we offer Strength and Conditioning programs for athletes in the sports of Sailing; Surfing; Windsurfing; Kite Sailing; Snowboarding; Alpine Skiing and Rock Climbing.  If your area of interest does not fall within one of these sports, please contact us so we can refer you to an expert in the field.

Training Packages

Each of our custom training programs include an initial consultation that covers the following areas:

  • Health History Assessment
  • Training/Race History Assessment
  • Goal Setting
  • Race Season Planning (if applicable)

Train with Jane Athletics offers three different training packages. Each customized training program is administered through a state of the art, interactive website. Athletes are able to log onto their training program and view their annual training plan along with detailed descriptions of each daily workout. Athletes then utilize the website as a journal where they log in actual training time, comments for each session and have the ability to upload heart rate and power data (if applicable).

Package Summaries:

Ultimate Package:

  • Individualized training program dispersed weekly, based on annual training plan.
  • Training logs reviewed several times per week to ensure proper compliance.
  • Program adjustments made as often as necessary
  • Unlimited email correspondence
  • Twice weekly phone consultation, initiated by athlete.
  • Pre and Post Event strategy and analysis
  • Strength Training Program
  • Nutritional Analysis
  • Cost: $200.00 Start-up fee and $400.00 per 4-week cycle.

Elite Package:

Individualized training program dispersed bi- weekly, based on annual training plan.

  • Training logs reviewed weekly to ensure proper compliance.
  • Program adjustments made bi-weekly.
  • Unlimited email correspondence
  • Weekly phone consultation (up to 2 hours/month), initiated by athlete.
  • Pre and Post Event strategy and analysis
  • Strength Training Program
  • Cost: $200.00 Start-up fee and $200.00 per 4-week cycle.

Sport Package:

  • 12 week individualized training program, based on annual training plan.
  • Training logs reviewed bi-weekly to ensure proper compliance.
  • Unlimited email correspondence.
  • Cost: $200.00 Start-up fee and $400.00 per 12-week cycle.

Telephone Consultation

We are available via phone to review your annual training plan, discuss training and race goals, pre and post event strategy and race tactics. $75.00 per hour.
