Our mission is to help clients of all abilities reach their goals and EXCEED them. We strive to improve overall health, fitness and athletic performance while positively impacting the lives of each client. We do this by providing Pilates Programming, Personal Training, Resistance Stretching and On-Line Coaching.
Philosophy
It is our belief that each client has individual, specific needs that cannot be addressed by generic programming. We assess each individual’s needs and design a program to target those needs. We focus on knowing and developing a relationship with each of our clients. Our trainers are certified in a range of fitness programs and our equipment is state of the art. Thus we can provide programming that creatively mixes Pilates, Functional Strength Training, Resistance Stretching and On-Line Coaching.
The studio atmosphere is warm, quiet, caring and personal.
