Jane Beezer
Jane Beezer has an extensive athletic background, competing at the National and International level in road cycling and mountain biking; at the National level in field hockey and lacrosse; National level in Track and Field. Jane currently competes in cycling, Ironman 70.3 events and local road races.
It was her love of athletics and natural leadership abilities that led her to found Train with Jane Athletics over 20 years ago. Jane has dedicated her long career in the fitness industry to help positively impact the health and wellness of everyone she comes into contact with. She derives great pleasure in guiding others to discover the benefits of exercise and inspires her clients to exceed their fitness goals. Jane has worked with clients of all abilities, from Olympic athletes to weekend warriors.
Jane has taught and hosted numerous workshops ranging in topics including but not limited to: Nutrition for Sport; Injury Prevention; Kids and Endurance Sports; Strength Training for Cycling, Running and Triathlon; Strength Training for Competitive Rock Climbing; Resistance Self-Stretches; Nutrition Strategy for Off-Shore Sailing; Functional Fitness Over 50; Functional Fitness for Water Sports; Functional Fitness for Skiing.
Jane holds numerous certifications including Balanced Body Pilates, IM=X Pilates, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching, Post-Rehab Conditioning, USA Cycling and Triathlon Coaching. In addition, Jane holds a Masters Degree in Biochemistry and Biophysics from the University of Rhode Island.
Aggie Perkins
Aggie has been teaching group exercise since 1984. She specializes in core specific conditioning designed to improve athletic performance and strengthen lower backs.
She is a high energy instructor that loves to integrate the use of physio balls, rings and foam rollers to keep her workouts interesting and creative. She is an intuitive instructor that expertly builds effective and fun programing for her clients.
Aggie is passionate about overall fitness and can often be found in the water either surfing, swimming or stand-up paddleboarding.
Aggie is a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor, a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Yoga Instructor.
